    Hi

So I’ve spent weeks building a nice medical app in QML with Felgo – it’s my first mobile app – it’s basically ready to deploy and I’m going through the process of submitting to the App Store first before trying to submit the android version and I start hitting up against all sorts of legal requirements for having Ads in my app. The worst of these is the EU GDPR regulation, which seems pretty thorny in terms of requirements. None of this is handled by the Felgo Admob plugin it seems, making it more or less illegal to use the Admob plugin as it stands.

Could anyone advise me please on how to quickly add the basic requirements to this app, ideally using QML, rather than having to splice in some external libraries?  All my app does is serve a simple Admob banner at the bottom of the page.

I took a look at Google’s User Messaging Platform SDK, which seems to be designed to help overcome the legal minefield that has emerged around ad tracking etc.:

but I’ve no clue how to integrate this neatly into my app – it doesn’t look like a minor challenge to me.  I am currently struggling just to make an objective C hello world example work – adding external code kills live server prototyping and … blah – headache …

Any help offered will be most gratefully received – it’s a bit disheartening to think you’re done and find that you’re far from done!
