Hi,

today i wanted release a new application, but after signing i have this error:

adb: failed to install /src/myproject/build-myproject-Android_Qt_5_15_2_Clang_Multi_Abi-Release/android-build//build/outputs/apk/release/android-build-release-signed.apk: Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES: Scanning Failed.: No signature found in package of version 2 or newer for package com.myproject]
Installing to device failed!

 

So, i tried re-signing an application already present on the store and i have the same error. So, seems that i can’t release any Android application.

Hi Nicola,

could you provide some info about your Android setup:

• Which JDK(s) do you have installed, and which one is configured in Qt Creator
• Which NDK(s) do you have installed
• Which SDK(s) do you have installed

Apart from this issue with release+signed applications, you can build and deploy Android applications just fine?

It’s only about the signing, in development it’s ok.  For now i resolved signing from Android studio.
