I’ve had lots of feedback so far and changed some things:

• Tutorial page at application startup to guide through the gameplay
• Increased font sizes for header descriptions
• Replaced icons with buttons/text to be less cryptic

The tutorial can be accessed from More -> Tutorial or uninstall and reinstall the app.

In this version I’ve:

• Added rendering of the waveform in singing exercises so you can see what pitch you’ve sung
• Added a volume bar that shows how loud you’re singing
• Improved generation of listening exercises
• Improved the singing tutorial
• Fixed various bugs

Hi All,

I’m really happy to announce that Copella v1.2 is released!

In this version I’ve:

• Added new interactive and colourful listening exercises to aid ear training
• Improved the user interface for singing and listening exercises
• Added a vocal monitor on the pitch page to visualise your voice outside of exercises
• Fixed various bugs

The new listening exercises really are a lot more fun than the old ones. If you play a few rounds, you’ll quickly find yourself recognising particular musical patterns quickly.
