Hello i earlier worked in another sdk and had an custom fontsheet is this possible to use with an Text object? i want to use this font with my interfacetext. Its a png file with an .fnt file.

 

If this aint possbile can you have custom fonts some other way?

Hi Isak,

you can load custom fonts with the FontLoader component. I am not 100% sure if your font is supported, but it’s surely worth a try 🙂

Hello Alex,

Thanks for the tip, i am using FontLoader now and it works great. I only installed the font on my systems and used FontLoader. Is that all i need to do or do i need to include the font when i build for it to be included?

To make sure the font works everywhere, you need to include it in your project. E.g. put the file(s) of the font in your qml or assets directory and make use of the source property of the FontLoader.
