I just generated a new license key but when I use it in the application it says it is expired, I even tried generating another but I got the same result.

Hi Tiago,

as your subscription was renewed only 10 minutes ago your license key might still was generated for the old period. Could you please generate a new one and give it another try?

That’s unacceptable.

My license is set to renew automatically, so this means that at the end of the period I cannot generate new licenses.

 

EDIT: At every end of the period (every month).

No need to worry, the issue got already fixed and did only happen in rare cases by the way, thanks for reporting. 🙂

I’m having the same issue again this month, the problem started 14 minutes ago.
