Occurred with Motorola Moto G Turbo Edition (merlin), Android 6.0

    Anyone see that before?

    Best regards

    Hi Clovis,

can you send the full log output to support@felgo.com ?
Can you locate the component or feature that might cause this? is that issue reproducible, when does it appear? Any additional info that you can attach to the mail will help a lot.

    Cheers,
    Alex

    Hi Alex,

The message is all log we have from Google Play console ANR and fails, nothing else.

Its impossible to understand what component caused this, but appears that its loading some of our QML files in NavigationStack.

We tested the app in Android 6.0 and works, maybe a problem with that Motorola only.

Based on above stack we can see that app tried to create a new file, and appears that is getting something installed, before app runs, maybe some extraction from APK occurs by QT framework?

ps: about email, I sent 2 other email with other subjects and problems but dont received response, then I think that you changed the way for support.

    Best regards
