I’m using felgo and great experience so far yet I find it difficult to use the GUI design mode to build my interfaces, I’ve made assets using photoshop and whenever they’re arranged on the canvas they’re not viewed the same on my mobile nor the live client, I changed the window size from the default (640*480) to (720*1280) and still not my desired output, any suggestions?

    Hi,

I personally prefer using the code editor which, in combination with live-reloading, allows even faster UI development than using the Qt Creator design mode. The designer also does not support all features, like using density independent units with dp() and sp().

While it may be suitable for sketching or creating the general layout, I would suggest rather sticking to code. You will produce better results, and do not limit yourself to optimizing the UI for a specific resolution, as it may be the case when using the designer. With live reloading, you already get a live preview of your UI, where you can change the resolution on the fly.

    Cheers,
    Alex
