    Hi Felgo,
I like the UI changes in v-play live but it doesn’t work for me now.
    Tested just Android, for now.
I reinstalled Felgo Android app with newest version.
    Have no recent projects etc.
    Started QtCreator.
When I click “Connect to desktop” from Android app, QtCreator shows popup with my device, I click accept.
    Now nothing is happening.
On app I only see “Connecting” popup and no activity on desktop.
No new tab appeared with new device in QtCreator, there is no progress indicator or anything.

PS. Before the upgrade the setup worked just fine.

Can confirm the issue doesn’t happen when I build the same app on Mac.
Guess it’s Linux specific network issue.

    Hi Alex,
With 2.16.1 Android on my Linux box works.
    Can connect using Felgo Live.
There are still occasional Android app crashes but, definitely, it(Felgo Live) is helpful again.
Btw I didn’t see info in the change-log about fixing this issue, did I miss it?

The only last thing on Android is the missing Soomla:

Warning: Plugin "VPlay.plugins.soomla" disabled: Native frameworks not found

In my case and Android, at least.

    Hi Marcin,

In-app purchases with soomla are not yet supported with Felgo Live, as they also require native deployment and signing to be tested with the stores. We are evaluating a sandbox mode for the soomla plugin for usage with Felgo Live.

    Cheers,
    Alex

    Hi Alex,
Thank you for explanation, makes sense.
    I can live with that.

It’s nothing personal but sometimes getting info from you(v-Play) is a hassle, I guess forum is not always the best place to communicate.
Probably next time will just go right away through emails since I am a paid customer.
There are few questions still for which I didn’t get any answer, looks like I will try to use email communication more often.
Most of the time I use forum so other users can also see the answers from you but, looks like, you are really limited in terms of resources and just can’t always be as active on forums as you would like.
Plus, obviously, you have your own business priorities which don’t always go along well with my interest.

    Hi Marcin,

as you said, the forum is available for everyone – so it’s good to handle general questions here. We really support that! 😉

But yes, as you now often have very detailed questions or bug reports (you are already a Felgo Pro ;)), it makes sense to maybe switch to email depending on the topic. Also, it might take a little time to provide a good answer for deeper questions, where certain technical know-how is required, as we’ll have to forward the question internally then.

    Best,
    Günther
