    Hi All,

I’m looking at adding a feedback button to my app. This could provide users a mechanism to tell the developer what they want to see implemented and to offer feedback.

I’d also like to add a rating button. It’s common for apps to ask to be rated once in a while.

Could someone describe how that might be done?

    Many thanks!

    Hi Kool!

You can have a look at the OneCard demo by Felgo, which includes a feedback & rating dialog (see qml/interface/LikeWindow.qml, FeedbackWindow.qml or RatingWindow.qml).

After five app starts (a counter is stored with local storage), the game shows the LikeWindow. Depending on the player choosing he likes or dislikes ONU, the RatingWindow or FeedbackWindow is shown. For the rating, a nativeUtils.openUrl call brings the user to the store entry in the Google Play or iOS App Store.

The Feedback solution sends an web request to a PHP script on our servers that handles the feedback form.

    Hope this helps!

    Best,
    Günther

Excellent, I was hoping there would be something like this in one of the demos.

    Many thanks!
