Hello,
I am playing with local notification plugin http://felgo.com/doc/plugin-notification/

Have weird, not consistent behaviour between devices.
On Samsung S3(Android 4.1) when app is in foreground, on notification fired, the notification still appears in phone notification area and the sounds plays.
But it shouldn’t.

On Samsung S6(Android 6.1) everything works fine. When application is in foreground notification only appears in notification manager signal, no sound or other notify happens.
Can anybody verify this behaviour?

Hi Günther,
Did you look at this issue?
I know there is a new version of Felgo so would like to know.
I know this is maybe not the highest priority, many people don’t care about these notifications and are happy we don’t spam them.
But, in the end, with this issue I limit some features I can provide to the user to smaller set of devices(I must disable notifications on lower Android versions completely, won’t provide broken features to users).
What is not great.

I totally understand and of course we also want our features to work correctly on all supported devices. We already have the issue in our bugtracker but didn’t have a closer look yet. Do you have some kind of deadline for your project where you would at latest need the fix?

Hi Günther,
Do you think you will have opportunity to look at this issue, in next 2-3 months?
If no, the worst case scenario for me, will have to limit this feature to Android which work well with the plugin.

Speaking for Günther here, yes we are currently looking into this one and plan to release the fix with the next update in December.
