I saw Soomla can handle one time use, and currencies just fine but I couldn’t find any documentation about Subscriptions. Checking if the user is subscribed for example, or starting a subscription.

Just a note – any payment ‘terms&conditions’, would they need to be written by me for my individual app or will the soomla plugin have a basic subscription T&C’s?

The Terms and Conditions for your app are not handled by default as this also always depends on your use-case.
