that is a nice solution,
will try it, thanx!
where can I find the this beta?
ok got it.
i get an error:
Fatal: Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (version 0x50901) with this library (version 0x50900) (kernel/qobject.cpp:215, QObjectPrivate::QObjectPrivate(int))
Thanks for the info. I will follow up via e-mail!
Since Felgo 2.12.1 update, it seems definitely impossible to make SSL connection working on iOS, even using Release mode.
I got this error in compilation:
ld: library not found for -lQt5Network
Any idea ?
Thanks a lot for your help.
We just released a hotfix Update (2.12.1-1) to fix this issue. Please run your maintenance tool to install the update.
After the update, you should again be able to use SSL in Release Mode.
By the way, if you are building for the App Store, please disable bitcode for the build as stated here in the Qt Bug Tracker.
Please let me know if that helps!
It’s working now. Thanks for your help.
now waiting for the update with Qt 5.9.1 or better 😉
I’m back with this issue.
Do you know when it will be fixed ?
Not able to use the iOS simulator is really painful and time consuming.
this issue will be fixed once we release a new update based on Qt 5.9.2. The planned release for Qt 5.9.2. is this month.
what is the version of v-play that contains Qt 5.9.2?
Was Qt 9.5.2 released?
I can’t find any info.
I am also waiting for this.
the Qt 5.9.2. public stable version is not yet released. We are also waiting to get our hands on it, to do the final testing and release an update.
what is the status of this?
there are good news: We intend to release the update for Qt 5.9.2 this week. The new Qt update completely fixes the SSL issue and will make Felgo/Qt more stable again on iOS and macOS in general.
