    Hi

I have created desktop app with Felgo and created Installer with QtIFW 2.0, app installs and works fine on Windows with Polish locales, but when I install it on Windows with Danish language it does not start as if some libs were missing, but there is no error. I have also compiled this app on Mac and it runs fine.

Can there be any reason it will not start on Windows with Danish locales?

    Best,

    Marek

    Hi Marek,

did you follow the official Qt Windows deployment guide? Are you sure you include all the dependencies (and assets if used)? I doubt the danish locales would matter.

    Cheers,
    Alex

    Hi Alex

Thanks for answer, I have created package with windeployqt as I previously did with many Qt applications. Then I have created installer with QtIFW 2.0

It works on my computer however, my comp has Felgo framework installed, actually this is my first desktop app created with Felgo and distributed to other Windows machine, so maybe I’m missing something. Is windeployqt from Felgo framework aware of Felgo and should copy all needed files ?

    Best,

    Marek

    Hi Marek,

we’ve seen windeployqt not picking up all the relevant dependencies occasionally. You can compare your dependencies with the SampleLauncher (<Felgo SDK>\Examples\Felgo\samplelauncher) to see if something obviously is missing.

    Cheers,
    Alex
