    Hi,

last year (in May) i asked in this forum if someone done payments from Felgo App, but zero answer, maybe it’s a silly question. So , i ask what the better way to implement payments in a Felgo App? Open a responsive webview on a site and make the payment there and after that close the webview?

    Hi Nicola,

this question is not straigntforward to answer. It depends on a number of factors:

    • What payment service, does it already come with an SDK to implement that handles the flow
    • What target platform
    • What type of good are you purchasing, because e.g. Apple has tight restrictions on what goods allow purchasements not done via in-app purchases

So the answer will most likely be specific to the use case. Most probably it is also not a specific Qt/Felgo approach but rather will apply to any framework for this certain use-case.

You can reach out to us with more details on support@felgo.com so we can discuss your individual use-case.

    Best,
    Alex

Then still the main question is what service/provider you want to use to handle the payments. Based on that, you’ll have to see if there is a native SDK provided that you can integrate, or if the payment is handled in a webview or any other flow, or if you require a webservice to handle the payment and your app communicates with your service and not the payment service directly. This mostly depends on what the specific service (like e.g. Stripe) offers.

Ok, if i use stripe, exist the native SDK but in felgo maybe is better set the things in a webview?
