  Hi Yan,

  1. with the Indie license, you get all of the plugins for as many games as you want. This includes the AdMob plugin, and also all the other available plugins.

  2. The plugins are included in the Indie, Studio & Enterprise license, but not in the free version.

  3. The Indie license is billed annually.
