the issue is that by default, the height of the list view equals the full page height. If you just change the top anchor to move it down, the height will overflow the page bottom. Directly modifying the anchoring or height of a Page type item is not recommended.
Instead I would use a normal Page and a AppListView inside, where you can change anchors or heights. You can also use the “header” property of an AppListView.
