Hi, When i’m trying to install v-play from installer, this error occures:

“Could not fetch Updates.xml from repository: https://sdk.felgo.com/windows. Error: Host not found”

And when i went to above address, a 404 error pages comes up with picture of a man with gun!!!! But when i went to https://sdk.felgo.com/windows/Updates.xml, the xml file downloaded without any problem.

How can i solve the problem?

could you please try updating again? Accessing the Updates.xml file works fine after I tried it – can you still not access it here: https://sdk.felgo.com/windows/Updates.xml (you must be logged in so the man with the gun, who is a comic version of a famous “Big Lebowski” character, one of our favorite movies 😉

Thanks Christian, I’ve been able to fetch but its speed is extremely slow!! and for every percentage gives an error (I hit try again!). May be it’s because of mirrors. I’m located in middle east.

Any way, is it possible to download an offline package to avoid these errors?

yes it seems that in the middle east region download is very slow. Did you manage to download it now?

There is no offline package available yet – we will try to provide one in the future if more people continue to have downloading issues..

Actually i wasn’t able to download it and currently i have no other choices except moving to other libs. I suggest v-play team to put offline package in the site.

We’ll have a look the following days if a zipped version of the SDK works as a temporary solution. I will get back to you once I have updates!

My installation process keep askings username and password, even I input the correct username and password. and when I cancel it, I got message “Authentication failed”.

did you try with the latest Felgo Installer available here? We updated it last Friday so if you have an older version please try again with the new one.

Please let us know if your problem still remains after that.
