Hi Guys

 

I’ve just found your website and really wanted to try this V-PLAY out, but I having no luck with the install.

My internet connection is fine, but the install/download runs VERY slow and keeps asking me to retry when files can’t be downloaded.

It also always fails half way through the install.

Is there anything I can do about this?

Hi,

I’m sorry you’re experiencing problems while downloading Felgo, seems like our content delivery networks can’t catch up with your internet connection. Could you tell us on which package the installer slows down while loading the packages (should be displayed above the progress bar)? We do currently provide our packages on mirrors in Europe and the US, could you probably also tell us in which region you’re located?

Hi thanks for your help 🙂 I’m in New Zealand and it slows down / times-out on most of the packages at least once. The download also takes a very long time, so retrying when it fails is hard. Last time I tried it failed somewhere around the middle after about a 2 hour download.

I am having the same problem as well.  The installer gets to the 23% mark (Downloading archive for component: Examples and Demos) and then I get an error message that says “Has verification while downloading failed.”  I have not been able to get past this.  I live in the USA but I am willing to download the packages from another location if necessary.

Guys, one more question, on which desktop platform are you trying to install Felgo?
