After installing Felgo on Ubuntu 16.10 (no errors with the installation) I opened the Qt Creator program but when I try to login, nothing happens. I get no error. I type in my email, password, hit login, and see a loading circle that vanishes after a few seconds and nothing changes.

 

Is there something else I have to do to get started?

Unfortunately I am not able to reproduce your problem on my Ubuntu machine.

I checked your account, it is not locked and you should be able to login.

Is it possible, that QtCreator for some reason can’t establish a connection to our server? (Firewall/Proxy?)

what could be the possible solution as I’ve turned off my Firewall and checked but still the issue remains…

Hi,

Most likely, this is caused by network errors, which our Qt Creator Plugin does not report to the user at the moment.
Please check your internet connection and try again.

i don’t think internet causing the issue because if i enter wrong username/password, it shows me “Error: Invalid username or incorrect password” but when i login with correct username/password then nothing happens only loading circle appears and disappears after few seconds, even the above message is still there. Should i reinstall or what ?

That’s odd – unfortunately I am not able to reproduce your error 🙁
Have you tried to change your password?

Does your password have any “exotic” special characters?

I’d recommend you to change your password and try again. Let me know if the problem persists!

I’ve tried simply after changing my password but didn’t work then i tried requesting new password by clicking “Forgot Password” even that didn’t work…!!!

Actually i tried installing Felgo on another system and i was successful in logging there but the login problem still exists

So sadly, I’m going to reinstall my window (even though i don’t want to) then check it.

I’m hoping, it should work this time…

It was a totally drag but m happy with the results.

WIndows 7. The installation went fine with no errors. QT starts, login is not successful. Change password. On the site with the new password I come without problems of QT – login is not successful. Not Proxy.
