Hi Matteo,

did this error appear right after installation, with the default playground project? Did you use our official installer from the download page? What platform have you been testing on?

Hi Alex,

yes it appears from the beginning.

I created a basic new application and I tried to display a web page with the Webkit but the errors occurs and I couldn’t go proceede.

Yes I used the application from your official site, and i’m using Qt 5.10

The error suggests that there’s something wrong with the Felgo installation.
Please remove Felgo and install from scratch with the latest installer you can download here: https://felgo.com/download

After successfully installing Felgo, and logging in into your account with Qt Creator, please try to run one of the playground projects without any further changes.

Does running the project work?
