Hi I loaded chicken outbreak 2 from the demos provided and it does not run im getting

WARNING: VPlayApplication: no GameWindow item found, so could not set the rootGameWindow contextProperty as well!

 

anyone else having this problem? thanks

Oh also there seems to be some files missing in the demo that comes with v-play vs the demo on the website http://felgo.com/doc/demos-chickenoutbreak2/

Hi jeffaramello,

the Chicken Outbreak 2 demo is included in the daily build examples folder (FelgoSDK/demos/FelgoSDK/daily/) which works only with the daily build!. The version of the demo folder (FelgoSDK/demos/FelgoSDK/) is the version suitable for the latest stable build (which is quite old) and it seems that there is a bug in the main.cpp. Just add the 2 to ChickenOutbreakMain.qml as following and it should work again.

vplayApplication.setMainQmlFileName("qml/ChickenOutbreak2Main.qml")

Hey ya it was my fault I was loading the older one…works great and the game has awesome potential. Thanks for the help
