Hi all,

from one moment to another I can’t connect anymore with the live client.

I get following message:

Any ideas?

Hi Patrik,

what platform is the Live Client running on? Is this the default Live Client from the installation/appstore, or an own client built with the Live Client module?

At what point are you getting this output, at startup or when you click the connect button?

Hi Alex,

running on Windows10. The Liveclient is the on which is shipped with installation. Worked for a  while very fine but now no more. The output comes when I click on connect.

Hi Patrik,

I am still a little confused. Are you referring to the Windows desktop Live Client (or the Live Server)? Although there is no need to click any “connect” button as it connects automatically after starting. Also, where are you seeing the log output?
