Hi,

die Felgo ImagePicker Component has sometimes strange behavior. When I select some images the selection property sometimes have null entries instead of the path to the file. Tested with the example code here: https://felgo.com/doc/felgo-imagepicker/

The printed list looks like that:

This happens on our iPad Pro (11inch) and on ipads of our customers. Not yet seen on android devices.

Hi Sergej,

 

thank you for reaching out to us. That’s definitely something worth investigating, I suspect there is something different in the images which are not returned. Have you noticed any patterns? (eg. they were all live pictures, hdr, heic or something else).

this happens absolutely random. There is no pattern at all. 🙁

is iCloud for photos activated on that device? Also, if you reproduce the issue on a set of pictures and you restart the application are you able to reproduce the same behavior on the same set of pictures? Are the missing URIs always the same?

Hi Filippo,

yes it is activated. When I have a set of 10 images and I try to upload them than it’s always the same images. When I delete an image of this set than it’s possible that another image can’t be uploaded. A lot of our customers have this issue too :-/.
