I want to build an app that uses a subscription model. What is the best way to integrate subscription-based accounts into firebase? Can this be done directly in firebase or do you have to use a separate subscription service and then sync the usernames and passwords into firebase?

    Best Regards

    Hi Julius,

mobile app stores require you (apart from some exceptions) to provide any goods and subscriptions through in-app purchases. You can do that with our Store plugin: https://felgo.com/doc/plugin-soomla/#in-app-subscriptions

The Store plugin will then take care of the subscriptions and you do not need to sync this info to Firebase actually.

    Best,

    Hi Alex,

    Thank you for your answer.

I thought it was possible to offer subscriptions on external websites as long as you did not have links to those websites in the app?

I will look into using the Soomla plugin but I would really like to avoid giving 30% of my revenue to Apple and Google…

    Best Regards,

    Julius
