How to implement pool like item movements (i.e. it have to reflect from pool table borders etc) but with constant speed, ie without deceleration in time
you can use a CircleCollider with no friction and applying an impulse to it, and the walls have some restitution which decrease the speed at contact. I would also look for pool examples for Box2D on Google, maybe you even find some open source projects with source code that you can use as a reference.
