Hello Im having problems with an android device that our client give us to test his app, I can’t establish a connection between  Felgo Live(device) and Felgo Server(computer). If I try with other devices, it works normally(IOS and Android), but with this particular device Im having problems.

I don’t think is a not a network problem, because the device is asking for permissions on Felso Server, but when I click ‘Accept’ the device’s felgo shows ‘Could not connect’, I  have already check all the cases on the troubleshoot page and can’t find anything wrong, this is the device:

 

Android Eternity G 25

Android 8.1.0

last update: 5 de sep 2018 (there is no new updates for this version according to the device)

Felgo Live (on device): 3.2.0

 

on my computer:

QT Creator: 4.8.2 (based on Qt 5.12.1)

Felgo Server : 3.2.0

I don’t know how to close this issue, this was an error on the network and the device.
