Hi, I posted on here as I had a problem opening QtCreator (an error message said my trial license had expired despite being on the personal license) but the post has been removed.

Could you let me know why it has been removed? I wanted to reply saying that Felgo email support resolved my issue on the next working day and it was a false positive with the license check. I think it would be useful keeping the post in case others have the same issue so they’ll know how to resolve it (rather than uninstalling Felgo as I did).

the post was removed as we usually treat license related questions as confidential and do not handle them in the public forums, also to prevent any privacy concerns. But I agree, in this case this might be helpful if this case ever happens again.
