Hello, everyone. I am new to the FelgoCommunity. I am trying to figure out how to achieve authentication / login / registration between my Felgo app and a Flask server app.

    For reference, I am trying to implement this via one of the Demo Apps: Input Form Validation App.

    For email/username + password based authentication, should I use HttpRequest.post() ?

    Alternatively is there a Felgo plugin similar to the one offered for the Apple Sign-in or Facebook ?

    Any input / insight would be greatly appreciated.
    I have searched the Support Forum to no avail.

    Hi,

    there is no generic authentication plugin available. The best approach depends on your server/API design as well. For simple authentication, using HttpRquest.post() is definitely viable. You can read more on basic authentication flows on the web, e.g. storing a token after the initial authentication and using that for future requests.

    Best,
    Alex
