    Hi, I’m trying to draw some text on top of my spritesheets but it didn’t work.

    The text always drawn below my sprite even after changing the Z-value for both of these.

    Do you have any solution for this?

    This has something to do with the position where you place your SpriteBatchContainer.

    We would recommend using Felgo 2 which creates sprite sheets at runtime and does not have this issue.

    I’ve tried Felgo 2 but it doesn’t have all the features that I need like in-app purchase, particles, etc.

    Do you have any work around regarding this issue for Felgo 1?

    Particles are now fully supported in Felgo 2, and in-app purchases will be released soon as well (until end of August latest).

    If you still prefer Felgo 1, you can use the SpriteBatchContainer and change its z value – if you put a Text element on top of the SpriteBatchContainer, the text will be rendered on top of it. You can also see the demos how we did this in the sample games.

    Thanks for the response, I’ve tried to use SpriteBatchContainer and changing it’s Z value without much success.

    Could you let me know which demo or sample game which I can take a look so I can fix this issue asap?

    You can have a look at the Squaby demo. And search all qml files in the demos and examples folder for “SpriteBatchContainer”. 🙂
