    Hi,

we just sent you an email, you can simply extract the archive and copy the examples/demos in the corresponding examples/demos folders in the Felgo SDK installation root directory.

    Cheers,

    Alex

Hi, I ran into similar problem, I’m using latest Mac OS. I couldn’t proceed the download section and stopped while checking hash for examples and demos package.

    Hi tanoshiicreative,

Do you still have problems downloading the examples & demos? We have tried it again and it worked fine…

In case you still encounter problems, you can download the sources for examples & demos from here as well:

To update the examples & demos with newer versions, please try to download it with the Felgo SDK Maintenance Tool again, as you always get the latest version and new demos then.

    Cheers, Chris

Hi, I have a similar problem.

When I try to install the v-player package I get error. I tried to run the installer in verbose mode. Here is the error detail:

    starting elevated process C:/v-play/FelgoInstaller.exe –startserver 30693 {165904af-0269-4a6f-a40f-d18e4519578f}
    with ::ShellExecuteExW( &TempInfo );
    after starting elevated process
created critical message box DownloadError: ‘Download Error’, Hash verification while downloading failed. This is a temporary
    error, please retry.

Would you please help me? Is there any offline version so I can download the whole package and install it without connecting to internet?

    Hi sahar,

we have tried it again on Windows, Mac and Linux and installation always went fine. From which region/country do you try to install Felgo?

As a workaround, you can also download the examples and demos from the links above.

    Cheers, Chris

I am downloading it from Iran, Tehran. Thanks for the demo but I need to install the whole package of Felgo.

    Is there any offline version?

There is no offline version available yet. Please try to install the bare minimum by choosing the custom installation and deselect everything except “SDK Core – MinGW”. So deselect “Examples & Demos”, “Documentation” and “Project Templates” and all packages of the Qt SDK. If that works, you can then download the remaining packages after the initial installation with the Felgo SDK Maintenance Tool.

    Cheers, Chris

Thanks for your reply Christian. I deselected all items except “SDK Core – MinGW”.

Unfortunately, the error persists and I can’t install the package.

Is there any other way to install the v-play?

Could you please try to start the installer again from a command shell with the following (mind the –verbose at the end):

    FelgoInstaller.exe --verbose

And then send us the full log of the installation log window to support@felgo.com? We can then have a closer look at the issue.

    Thanks, Chris

    Hi,

if you experience problems with the online installer, there is now a temporary solution:

    1. Download and install the Nokia QtSDK 1.2.1 Offline Installer from the Nokia website here (You need register a Nokia account to be able to download it. Alternatively, you can download it from our server for Windows here but the Nokia servers are faster in most regions of the world). The file size is 1.7GB as it contains the full MinGW compiler toolchain. If you already have the Nokia Qt SDK with MinGW compiler installed, you can skip this step.
    2. Copy the contents of this zipped file (150MB) to your Qt SDK directory. It contains the Felgo SDK version 1.5.0 with all its demos & examples, Qt Creator wizards and the offline documentation available in Qt Creator.

Please note, that you will not receive updates for Felgo with this solution, because the Felgo installer comes with an own version of the SDKMaintenanceTool explained here. But until there is an own offline installer for Felgo you can use it as a temp fix.

    Cheers, Chris

Hello, I downloaded V-play sometime back and installed it. Then I uninstalled. Now I am trying to use the same installer and I am getting an error message: “URL scheme not supported: https (https://sdk.vplay.net/windows)”. I don’t want to register afresh using a new user name and email, so how can this be resolved?

    Thanks

    Hi,

you’re probably still using our Beta Installer, please download the latest installer from http://felgo.com/download/ and use this one, you can still reuse your existing username and password, so you don’t need to register a new one.

    Best,

    Alex
