    Hi,

on Android 9 i see only the message:

    [Facebook] Session opening...

never se “opened”. I see the complete steps on Android <8 and iOS. I hope that this can help

Another thing, if I disable the native app on Android 8 and 9, so the plugin uses the browser to authenticate, it’s ok.

    Hi Nicola,

we are unable to reproduce the problem, login works fine on both Android 8 and 9, both with and without the native FB app.

Is there anything suspicious in the logcat output?

    Cheers,
    Alex

Resolved, seems that there is a different behaviour for more hash on Android < 9. Felgo it’s ok, it’s google thing.

    Hi Nicola,

great to hear. Could you explain a bit more in detail what you mean with “more hash” and what steps resolved the issue? This might also be helpful for others and I am curious as well, as I was unable to reproduce the issue.

    Cheers,
    Alex

    Hi,

sure, how you know when you create a facebook app you need to create a hash for the android app. You must add a hash for every developer (if they use a different computer to develop). My mistake was that I used the same hash on every pc, (but it was ok with Android < 9, so I didn’t understand the error), instead of creating a hash for every pc that I use to develop (and pushing it on the facebook console) everything it’s ok. The different behaviour made sure that I didn’t understand the error.

I hope that it’s clear. I’m here for more details.

    Nicola
