I need to open google maps on android from my app with a fixed point.  The objective for this is to the user decide if he needs directions to go to that point.

Is there an example of how to do that?

you can look for “URL scheme google maps android” online, that should provide you with an answer. URL schemes are common ways to open other apps on mobile. You can open the url using our nativeUtils.
