    I can’t login qt after installation.
    The error message is “Internal Error! Please contact support!”.

    Hi,

    We currently don’t see any failed attempts on our backend, can you make sure that our IDE can access the Internet (not blocked by a firewall on your system)? After that, can you please try another login and let us know the exact date and time when you tried logging in so that we can have another look in our logs?

    This is also happening to me.  I can login to the site just fine, but when I launch Qt Creator, it says “Internal Error! Please contact support!”

    Unfortunately I’m suffering from this problem, too. I’ve tried to log in many times at around 10:20a.m – 10:40a.m (BST), 22/04/2017.

    QtCreator is allowed through the firewall, but I see the same error as the others above: “Internal Error! Please contact support!”. I’ve tried two email addresses and reinstalling the VPlay SDK.

    Any help would be appreciated.
