What’s Happening at Mobile World Congress 2017?
Mobile World Congress, or MWC, is an annual gathering for the mobile industry and related industries, organised by the GSMA, and held in Barcelona, Spain, the Mobile World Capital.
The event is made up of a series of conferences and exhibitions that showcase the best of mobile technology and business. It attracts mobile experts from all around the world and was attended last year by more than 100,000 people.
MWC also hosts some of the biggest names in tech, with last year’s guest list including Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook and Shang Bing of China Mobile.
This year’s conference hosts the second year of 4YFN. 4YFN connects mobile start-ups and entrepreneurs with investors, accelerators, incubators and big corporations from the digital and non-digital world.
On top of that, MWC have doubled the size of the NEXTech Hall so you can see even more of the latest AR, VR and IoT tech for mobile.
